In case you have second thoughts & wish to return any order then follow the simple steps below:  

  • Keep in mind to have intact all the product-related nuts and bolts for an easier return and refund. Be sure that the item(s) you return should be purchased from our online store. 
  • Talk to us!!! Email us the product details and order ID for returning any product you had purchased from us for a hassle-free process.
  • The item(s) you wish to return should be returned within 07 days from the date of the delivery. Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate processing your refund. The item(s) returned by your side goes to our warehouse for any defect correction. 
  • After the completion of return formalities, we will refund the amount into your account you had provided. It will take approx. 4 to 5 business days for the pickup. Once the approval is done we will pick up your product for the further process. 
  • To keep things transparent & easy, you will get all the updates on your email or the phone number regarding the return details for the product.

Cancellation

In case you wish to cancel any item(s) due to certain circumstances you can apply to cancel. 

Keep in mind the following points for cancellation. Failing to do so, can lead to the cancellation of your request.  

  • To cancel a purchased item(s) you need to get it done within 5 hours. Exceeding the time will not accept your cancellation (though the products can be returned once received)
  • Give us feedback. Let us know the reason for your cancellation so that we can work on it. 
  • Lastly, don’t forget to fill in the complete credentials in the cancellation form.
  • The order process, dispatch, returns, and refund varies depending on your location. Refer to our National and International return policies individually.
  • To keep things simple, we provide tracking details for an easier understanding.

 

Return policies for national and international purchase

National

  • Return is applicable within 7days from the date of receiving the product.
  • All tags and invoices should be intact & returned.
  • Reach us either by mail or call.
  • Refer to the terms and conditions; prices are subject to fluctuation as the offers & discounts are revised periodically. 
  • Our delivery executive will pick up the product between 4 to 5 days.

International

  • Return is valid within 7days once the product is delivered.
  • All tags and invoices should be intact
  • Reach us either by mail or call
  • Only prepaid orders will be returned. 
  • Refer to the terms and conditions; prices are subject to fluctuation as the offers & discounts are revised periodically.
